Acceptance and scope
By using the Commandix website, demo workspace, or application evaluation, you agree to these terms. If you use Commandix for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so. Production customer commitments are governed by the applicable written agreement.
Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, managing authorized users, maintaining accurate account information, and notifying Commandix of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share accounts in a way that avoids agreed licensing or security controls.
Acceptable use
You may use Commandix only for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, probe or scan without permission, upload malicious content, misuse APIs, reverse engineer protected components, violate third-party rights, or use the service to process prohibited or unlawful data.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data submitted to Commandix. You grant Commandix permission to process that data to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the service according to these terms and applicable agreements. You are responsible for the data you submit and for having appropriate rights and notices.
Intellectual property
Commandix and its software, designs, workflows, documentation, branding, and content remain the property of Commandix or its licensors. Feedback may be used to improve the product without obligation unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Availability, changes, and demo use
The public website and demo may be updated, suspended, or discontinued. Demo workspaces are for evaluation and may contain seeded or synthetic data. Production service levels, support obligations, and data commitments require a signed customer agreement.
Disclaimers and limits
The public website and demo are provided as-is for evaluation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commandix disclaims warranties not expressly provided in a signed agreement and limits liability as permitted by applicable law.
