Every plan includes the core work and analysis areas. Paid plans add organizational identity, selected connections, administration, and commercial support.
Free
up to five users
For a leadership pod or small team testing the method with its own records.
Business
per user each month, up to 100 users
For a team or company that needs organizational identity and shared administration.
Enterprise
more than 100 users or governed rollout
For deployments that require a scoped pilot, procurement review, rollout planning, and contracted terms.
Identity boundary: Organizational Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts are supported. Personal Microsoft accounts and personal Gmail accounts are outside the organizational SSO path.
Adoption
Product access supplies the workspace. A guided Delay Review or pilot supplies scoped analysis, data repair, facilitation, and a written fit decision.

Yes. Business supports up to 100 users and can begin with one operating area.
Yes. Enterprise can include Jira Cloud, GitLab.com, and self-managed GitLab. Each connection requires provider credentials, explicit project mapping, and deployment checks. Issue sync is inbound to Commandix.
